san francisco pork fat bread
Thanks to last weekend’s Haparamen class, I came home with a ramen kit and an innocent looking tub of pure lard.
Good grief. For someone who loves butter, lard is heroin. And combined with honey? Oh my.
Still a pretty basic recipe, but the potential for more porky / sweet and savoury layering is definitely there.
